Sandeep has over 25 years of experience in the IT software development industry. In the past 10 years, besides core delivery of software products, he has prepared and delivered seminars and training programs on different development methodologies, IT Security and Softskills. He has worked for organizations like IBM, CSC and worked in many countries. He has worked in different countries and domains.

Sandeep has been helping organizations to setup PMO’s. He has been providing training and consulting services in ITSM (ITIL), Project Management (PMP,RMP, PRINCE2). He has been providing consulting to transition from traditional model to AGILE/SCRUM methodology. In the field of IT security he has been helping organizations to implement ISS and Provide lot of other services including training and consulting in ISO27001LI, LA, CISSP, CSSLP, SSCP, CISA, ECSP, CISM,

CEH, DRP and CHFI and many more IT security Training Programs. He conducts soft skills training programs mainly for Managing Time and Stress Management, Conflict Management and Many More.

Sandeep has been coaching and developing cross functional team members on managing software products using methodologies like Scrum and Scrumban. His specific responsibilities include providing guidance, motivation, building positive atmosphere, development of suppliers and internal teams, business case development, addressing coordination needs, facilitating and following through on communications with business owners. He has managed a program to implement BSS/OSS setup for a telecom operator.
